LIVE AT PARK - Dale Smith Blues Band

Dale Smith Blues Band is a blues band based in Copenhagen and led by Afro-American singer Dale Smith. 'Live at Park' is a product of the narrative show-blues tradition that the carismatic Dale Smith excels at.

Dale Smith was born and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and he began his musical career as a singer of folk music in the USA in the 1960's. He then went to Denmark, and in the 1970's he was a co-founder of and lead singer in the jazz-rock band Blue Sun. During the 1980's Dale Smith became an active part of the world of blues music in Denmark, and in 1992 he went on to start his own blues band with guitar player Søren Rud.

'Live at Park' is a product of the collaboration of Villads Brodahl Müller with Søren Rud and Dale Smith and published in the indie music company ELVIRA RECORDS.
